The Treat Day Truck
FOOD TRUCK
With a fun wrap and fully-loaded kitchen, this 22’ food truck is capable of serving up a range of crowd-pleasing favorites. On board you’ll find a coffee maker, nitro cold brew tap, griddle, range, upright fridge, upright freezer, prep fridge, and fyer. Within the first year of launching, the Treat Day Truck has seen massive success being featured on the Kelly Clarkson Show and Good Morning America. Treat Day’s apple turnovers have become a phenomenon prompting the owner to consider launching a prepackaged version for grocery stores.
Ozero Coffee Ramblers Coffee Truck
COFFEE TRUCK
It’s a coffee emergency! We converted a former Red Cross emergency vehicle into a custom coffee truck for these Bozeman-based entrepreneurs. Because food truck requirements are less strict in Montana, we were able to warm up the kitchen with residential finishes like butcher block countertops, black, penny tile backsplash, and a ceiling finished in wood-laminate. A skylight brightens the space while a display case tempts customers with baked goods.
Taber Burger Truck
BURGER TRUCK
It may seem like a big jump from building corporate, restaurant and hotel interiors to operating a food truck, but Taber applies the same craftsmanship to burgers as it does to cabinetry. A simple burger menu featuring premium, beef sourced from a Colorado ranch keeps the line moving. No ice was offered at Taber’s commissary so we machined large, self-serve refrigerated wells instead. While wells do limit space for other kitchen equipment, they also entice customers to add frosty beverages to their order, boosting profit margins.
Top of Mis Papas Loaded Fries Truck
FOOD TRUCK
Top of Mis Papas was born when a pair of best friends decided to take the plunge and start a food truck. The 36” griddle, deep fryer, sandwich prep table, and upright fridge provide plenty of space for cooking up their “loaded fries with attitude”. The roof extension and bright yellow wrap demand customer attention from passers by, perfect for their business model focusing on curbside service and local events.
Little Lamb Coffee Bus
COFFEE TRUCK
Focusing on wellness, this coffee bus offers handcrafted espresso and ceramics. The interior of this converted shuttle bus is a ray of sunshine with extra windows and yellow powder-coated cabinets. Core equipment includes two undercounter fridges, espresso machine, two grinders, drip brewer, pitcher rinser, A/C, and backup camera, all powered by a 12.5kw generator. We hope all Angelenos get to experience the grounding ritual of sipping a cup of coffee from a handmade ceramic mug from the Little Lamb coffee bus.
Yo’s Crepe Food Truck
FOOD TRUCK
This food truck entrepreneur spotted an opportunity to bring the delicious Japanese crepes he grew up with to a new American audience. We outfitted this food truck with electric crepe makers instead of the standard propane models found in most trucks because the even heat distribution leads to superior crepes. Supporting equipment included an undercounter freezer, upright fridge, nitro cold brew system, and A/C unit. While the truck saves on propane, the additional power requirements of the electric crepe makers required a 12,000 watt generator instead of the usual 7,000 watt.
Marrakech Food Van
FOOD TRUCK
Traditionally Moroccan food is a leisurely, sit down experience. The Marrakech food truck keeps all the delicious flavors of this Mid-East meets African cuisine, but makes it to-go. It was important to this customer to keep the food truck small and maneuverable for LA streets. A brand new extra long, extra tall Ford Transit sprinter was the . The curved walls of the sprinter were a challenge, but ultimately we were able to fit a ton of equipment including a rotisserie spit.
Happy Anchor Food Truck
FOOD TRUCK
Ahoy, gourmet grilled cheese ahead! This Monterey, CA based truck was designed to serve up “California comfort cuisine” to customers by the bay. To meet the chef’s needs we installed a double door upright fridge, prep fridge, 48” griddle, 2-burner stove, and fryer. All equipment, hood, lighting and A/C unit on this 18’ kitchen is powered by a 7,000 watt Onan Cummmins generator. A bright yellow and blue wrap stands out and puts the “happy” in Happy Anchor.
Ragin’ Cajun Gourmet Trailer
FOOD TRUCK
This chef serving up Creole favorites knew exactly what he wanted and came to us to make his vision a reality. Experience selling tent concessions gave him unique insight on the ideal kitchen layout optimized for his menu. Equipment for this build included three deep fryers, 36” griddle, 6-burner range, oven, steam table, 48” prep fridge, double door upright fridge, 36” undercounter freezer, and propane powered rice cookers on a custom slide out tray. Shrimp boil anyone?
