Slaters 50/50 Burger Truck

The West Coast burger chain, Slaters 50/50 sought to reach new taste buds by taking their signature 50% beef and 50% bacon burgers to the streets. Built for high volume burger production, we equipped their truck with a 36” charbroiler, 36” Flat Top Range, two deep fryers, prep fridge, upright fridge and upright freezer. When the food truck isn’t catering profitable private parties, it’s creating new loyal customers at Southern California events.
Meadowlark Burger Truck

This family run business wanted a customized truck to reflect their brand of modern farmhouse, so we designed a custom wood framed chalkboard menu with flower box to set the tone. Inside, the mobile kitchen includes a 36” flat top range, two burner range, steam table, deep fryer, upright fridge and freezer combo, and A/C unit, powered by a 7000 watt generator. This equipment is used to prepare Meadowlark Cafe’s signature grass-fed beef sliders, french fries, and local creamery milk shakes – a must try when you’re in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Taber Burger Truck

It may seem like a big jump from building corporate, restaurant and hotel interiors to operating a food truck, but Taber applies the same craftsmanship to burgers as it does to cabinetry. A simple burger menu featuring premium, beef sourced from a Colorado ranch keeps the line moving. No ice was offered at Taber’s commissary so we machined large, self-serve refrigerated wells instead. While wells do limit space for other kitchen equipment, they also entice customers to add frosty beverages to their order, boosting profit margins.
