Replacing a leaky plumbing fitting shouldn’t force your business to close its doors for a week. Firefly understands that down time is often more expensive than the repairs themselves, so we start with trying to eliminate repairs and reduce repair time from the start.
We use standard parts wherever possible, make all fittings easily accessible, and keep your custom cut pieces on file so they can be easily reproduced.

Our clients get peace of mind knowing that any work we do is covered with a one-year warranty… regardless of where the vehicle operates.
In many cases, we can simply ship a standard part to you for easy replacement. More complex repairs can be handled through a third party mechanic or technician near you or at our facility in Los Angeles, California.
Yes!
Firefly believes a warranty should apply to the project, not the owner. Some of our clients plan to sell a Firefly project after operating it for only a few months. Others need to sell their project expectedly. We stand behind all of our builds regardless of whether it has changed hands.
If anything Firefly manufacturers is faulty or defective, we’ll happily fix it for you at no cost. Simply call us at 323.524.0078 or email warranty@fireflyfabrication.com. We offer personalized support and help troubleshoot any issues. If your issue is related to a piece of equipment from another manufacturer like the generator, refrigerator, griddle, fryer, etc we recommend contacting that manufacturer directly. Almost all new equipment comes with a 1-year to 5-year warranty depending on the make and model.
If your issue is with the engine, transmission or brakes, etc of the vehicle chassis, it may be covered by the vehicle manufacturer or dealership warranty.
